Ben Quinn
Ben founded, what later became, Canteen in 2015. He has a background in operations and has cooked with some amazing chefs around the world. Ben’s role day to day is creative, with an eye on operations, both day to day and for our events. Ben tends to be the face of what we do and has delivered two TED talks, self published our book and appears on Radio, TV and written press spreading the good word and sending folks our way.
