If you haven’t checked out our Instagram then this is great place to explore and gain an idea of our food and service style. but nothing is better than coming to see us at Canteen at the Eco Park or Canteen Mount Hawke if you can.
Pricing
Wedding pricing varies by peak and off-peak times. Peak season and weekend rates are higher due to demand. Off-peak and mid-week offers competitive pricing, allowing couples to enjoy our services at lower rates. Our flexibility aims to help couples find packages that fit their budget and vision.
Availability
Woodfired Weddings have a limited number of available dates every year. Dates for the following year will be released every January. We open our diaries 1 year in advance. If the date of your wedding is not available, please get in touch anyways to see if there is anything we can do.

Yes! We go all over the world. We add a cost for our management team to travel, the travel costs and accommodation for the team. We find additional team mates locally through trusted sources.

The cost includes all crockery, cutlery, equipment and staffing. You may ask us to help you hire glassware, refrigeration for your drinks and linen, this would be in addition.

Only if you really want him! Ben is often allocated to our wedding teams but this is based on where he is needed most. We do offer an exclusivity package with Ben that includes a menu talk to your guests, a bespoke menu plan with Ben and of course Ben cooking on your day.

No! but we do have to cover fixed costs. As an idea, our ball park costs start at 65 guests. Anything under these numbers may be more per head to cover the fixed costs.

We do not. We found them to be a waste of everyone’s time as cooking for a few people is not the same as cooking for big numbers. Plus we cook seasonal food from our farm so unless the seasons match between the tasting and the wedding day, this is unlikely to represent what will be on the plate. What we do instead is offer you tickets to any of our events as VIPs – This way we can show you our operations, our team and you can taste our food!

Yes, we take this very seriously. Connecting with food is what we do, so the idea it would harm someone biologically or spiritually means that we want to get this right. You will let us know your list of allergens and dietaries alongside the seating plan and we will write a menu for them and introduce ourselves to them on the day.
